Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales and Service Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Benefits * Competitive Pay of $50,000 to $75,000 annually * Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental on Day 1 of Employment * 401K after 90 days * Paid Time Off * Sick Time * Vacation Time * Paid Training * Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities * Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service and sales appointments * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates * Provide customers with initial product and maintenance information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

• Contact potential service customers from manifest lists provided

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-show appointments * Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management * Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications * At least one previous role based in customer service experience

• Very goal oriented attitude
