This is a full-time float position covering three clinic locations in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, FL.

• O'Connell: 3470 International Golf Parkway Suite 100 St Augustine, FL 32092
• Menendez: 580 State Rd, 206 W St. Augustine, FL 32086

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Monday at Nease: 8am - 5pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday at Menendez: 8am - 5pm
• Thursday at O'Connell: 6:30am - 3:30pm
• Friday: 8am - 5pm (location rotates)
• 1 Saturday shift every 7th Saturday at Nease: 9am - 1pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a float position, requiring adaptability as you will work across multiple locations. This role is vital to our care team, collaborating closely with primary care physicians to ensure excellent patient care and a positive experience. Responsibilities include both clinical and front desk duties, and flexibility is essential for covering shifts as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Escorting patients and ensuring exam rooms are clean and stocked
• Gathering updated health information and reviewing medical records
• Taking vitals, performing blood draws, and assisting with procedures
• Administering medications and immunizations as directed
• Front desk tasks such as scheduling and documentation
• Processing test results and maintaining clinical supplies

About You

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in Primary Care
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program
• National or state-specific MA certification preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date
• Phlebotomy experience preferred

This position requires travel to various locations within the state and/or region.
