The Contract Manager will serve as a key point of entry for all contracting needs, collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure contract terms comply with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Identify risks or negotiation opportunities and escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and various business units to align contracting processes

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external/internal relationships
  • Proficient in tracking and reporting on contract milestones and compliance metrics

Additional Details
