Responsibilities: • Follow closing instructions, and verify that all closing conditions have been satisfactorily met • Update and maintain loan calendar with active mortgage closings • Affirm loan compliance with all investor product and program guidelines and policies, as well as state and federal regulations • Prepare and execute the transfer of lender funds for disbursement • Assemble and enter data on loan closing documents in a timely manner • Accurately prepare closing documents • Review and approve CDs • Prepare wire requests • Request and track wire requests in a timely manner • Comply with Victorian Finance, LLC policy, as well as industry regulations • Perform other related duties and assignments as required Qualifications: • Strong analysis, time management, and organization skills are desired • GED or high school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred • Familiarity with loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA; as well as knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing is needed • Candidates must be proficient with MS Office, lending or title software, NMLS experience is desired • 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable • Prior business or administrative experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Previous closing experience preferred • Previous experience with dry state funding required Success factors/job competencies: • Cooperative • Team Oriented • Task-Oriented • Analytical • Consistent • Attention to Detail • Precision About Company: Our company is a nationwide organization.
