Job Description

Overview:
RVP Consultants is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the delivery of language instruction programs for military training. This role will manage end-to-end operations, ensuring all requirements are met, resources are in place, and instruction is delivered with the highest level of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, ensuring clear communication and timely reporting.
  • Oversee the recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and management of U.S. citizen instructors in compliance with contract and security requirements.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, staffing plans, and performance metrics to meet all program deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including curriculum delivery, instructor assignments, and logistical coordination.
  • Ensure all work complies with Army regulations, contract terms, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, performance reviews, and issue-resolution reports to the client.
  • Support financial and administrative tracking, including invoices, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain full operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Master’s Degree (MA) in Second Language Acquisition, Cultural Anthropology, Cross-Cultural Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field;  OR
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language (with teaching concentration), Second Language Acquisition, Cultural Anthropology, Cross-Cultural Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field of study  plus a minimum of five (5) years of adult education experience .
  • Experience
    • At least five (5) years of demonstrated managerial experience overseeing personnel and program/project operations.
    • Experience in adult education, preferably in language instruction, cultural training, or related disciplines.
    • Background in managing geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors is strongly preferred.​​​​​
