Job Description

Job Description:

LucidWild Estate | Dundee Hills, Oregon

Free + Limitless + LucidWild

LucidWild Estate isn’t just a winery, it’s a vibe.

Perched 800 feet above the valley floor, LucidWild’s SkyTerraces + WineCaves span over 15,000 square feet, offering panoramic views of Mount Hood, the North Cascades, and the Willamette Valley.

But this isn’t just another wine tasting, it’s something entirely different.

This isn’t buttoned-up, white-tablecloth hospitality; it’s an immersive, high-touch, wildly authentic adventure. We’re reimagining what wine hospitality can be with one-of-a-kind spaces for tastings, gatherings, and private events. Whether it’s a guided tasting in the SkyLounge or LivingRoom, an immersive experience in the WineCaves, or an afternoon of wine and play in the RecRoom, every space is designed to feel elevated, personal, and unmistakably LucidWild.

We’re building a team of thoughtful, guest-focused individuals who can help bring that vision to life.

EVERYONE IS A LEADER
Leaders do not have to wait to become leaders at LucidWild. The gift of responsibility and leadership is highly encouraged at LucidWild.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (A.K.A. YOUR SUPERPOWERS)
You’re the heartbeat of the guest experience. Whether you’re hosting a tasting in the SkyLounge, setting the vibe in the RecRoom, pouring something unforgettable in the WineCaves, or helping guests discover our speakeasy (yes, the one with the vinyl collection and jellyfish tank), you create moments that guests will talk about long after they leave. This isn’t a background role, you’re front and center, part of a tight crew that shows up big, works hard, and keeps the LucidWild vibe turned all the way up.

MAKE EVERY GUEST FEEL LIKE A VIP.
You’ve got that sixth sense, reading the room, setting the tempo, and making everyone feel like they’ve been here before, even if it’s their first time. You’re the front-of-house vibe curator, turning first impressions into lasting ones and making LucidWild feel less like a stop, more like a discovery.

BRING THE STORY TO LIFE.
You don’t need to be a sommelier, just someone who knows how to tell a great story. We’ll load you up with everything you need to know about our wines, vineyards, and vibe. Your role? Turn that knowledge into moments that matter. Guide tastings that feel personal, not pretentious, and make every guest feel like they just discovered something rare.

DRIVE THE VIBE.
No hard pitch, no script. Just a genuine connection that makes guests want more.

BRING THE CREW ENERGY.
You’re part of the engine that keeps LucidWild running smoothly. Whether setting up a private tasting, jumping in on service, or breaking it all down after a big event, you’ve got your team’s back, and they’ve got yours. No ego, just good energy and a shared goal: make it unforgettable.

WE’RE ALL IN - No egos, no silos - One Team, One Dream, One Standard.
At LucidWild, we are fully committed to a Standard of Excellence in everything we do. This commitment defines every role and every experience, shaping our guest interactions, service, communication, wine, food, presentation, and how we treat one another. Every detail that touches LucidWild and our guests reflects this unwavering standard.

Excellence is not optional; it’s who we are.

WHO YOU ARE (BESIDES A LEGEND)
You’re a natural connector. You care deeply about creating memorable experiences and know how to read a room. You believe hospitality is a craft and take pride in doing things the right way. You don’t need a script. You show up as yourself and make people feel at home.

YOU’RE A NATURAL-BORN HOST.
You make people feel at home, whether you’re pouring wine, telling stories, or just sharing a laugh.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Competitive Compensation (hourly rate + gratuity)
Wine club sign-up incentives
Team tastings and professional development opportunities

A FEW MUST-HAVES:
OLCC certified
Oregon Food Handler Certified
Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
Reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented
Available to work weekends and occasional evenings

WHY LUCIDWILD ESTATE? (A.K.A. WHY THIS JOB IS EPIC)
LucidWild Estate isn’t just a winery. It’s a destination, a creative playground. A dream setting with breathtaking views, world-class wines, and epic spaces at your disposal.
