Position Type: Part-Time Starting Wage: $28.00/hour based on 8hrs/wk. for 18 weeks Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. - Demonstrates initiative at events while recruiting the highest quality District Manager and Intern applicants. - Learns the ALDI culture and represents the company in a positive light around campus and with the Career Services office. - Schedules and plans events to increase excitement about the company at their university. - Utilizes event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes. - Uses creativity to develop materials for events. - Hosts at least two Campus Outreach Events, as well as participates in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair. - Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: - In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
